About the Role

You will work as part of a team providing assessed Care and Support to individuals living within Extra Care. You play a significant role in keeping individuals safe and delivering a quality service that meets the standards outlined by CQC our regulatory body.

What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a person-centred Care service to Vulnerable adults which will include Personal care and medication administration.
  • Deliver a Care and support service which will enhance the lives of older people and ensure they remain independent, in control of their own lives, supported to socialise and join in activities.
About You

You will bring:

  • Experience of at least 2 years of working with older people who have a physical or mental health need including Dementia.
  • A good understanding of the importance of person-centred care and support.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to cover weekends and bank holidays as required.

Hours:-

30 hours per week

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS with Adults Barring check.
