Job summary

A home care organization in Oxford is looking for Care Assistants to support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity. Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference in your local community? We are seeking compassionate and bubbly Care Assistant's to support our clients to remain safe, happy & healthy in their own homes across the Oxford & Witney areas.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you’ll visit clients in their homes to help them maintain their independence and dignity. We support clients starting at 8am and finish at 9 : 45pm, but can work with the hours and days that you are looking for.

Your day-to-day duties will include
  • Assisting with personal care routines
  • Supporting with medication
  • Preparing meals and assisting with eating
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Light household tasks
  • Supporting with mobility and encouraging independence
