A leading home care provider in Mansfield is seeking Care Assistants to provide essential non-medical services to older adults in their homes. Candidates should be kind, compassionate, and possess a valid driving license with vehicle access. This role offers flexible working hours, competitive pay ranging from £13.25 to £27.50 per hour, and significant career development opportunities, including NVQs.

Care Assistants play a vital role in providing care and support to our clients in their homes. The role of a Care Assistant can be incredibly varied depending on the person's individual care needs. If you enjoy providing both practical and emotional support and appreciate a diverse working day, where you can show flexibility and compassion then you might consider a role as a Care Assistant. Candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle as well as having right to work in the UK.
Hourly rate of £13:25 - £13:75 per hour plus additional paid travel time and mileage. Bank Holiday paid at double time.
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Mansfield as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you willprovide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
Within this role there will be opportunity for personal & professional growth and development. Your onboarding will include industry leading induction processes and in-house training, you will be furnished with the opportunity to complete your Care Certificates and if you so desire, enrolment on City & Guilds NVQ level courses.
