Location: Amersham and surrounding areas including Amersham, Marlow, Beaconsfield, The Chalfont’s, Wendover, Great Missenden & surrounding areas. Hours: Full-time and Part-Time hours available (mornings, evenings, and weekends).

As a visiting care assistant, you will:

• Provide personalised care during home visits (minimum 1 hour per call)
• Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship, and household tasks
• Support mobility, transport clients to appointments, and run errands

Please note, you must be a driver with use of a car as our clients live in rural areas not accessible by public transport.

Essential requirements

• Driver with own car: This is essential as clients live in rural areas not accessible by public transport
