Your focus as a Care Assistant will be on delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. You will assist residents with their personal hygiene, recognise and understand clinical risk areas, and act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident. You will also practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
