Overview

We are looking to recruit 2 care assistants to join our dedicated team, who share our commitment to provide excellent person-centred care. Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to provide essential daily care and support in our care home.
Qualifications
  • You must be over the age of 18.
  • Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and caring by nature.
  • Flexible to cover shifts as required, fitting around personal life and commitments.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and able to demonstrate a good sense of humour.
  • Able to provide a wide range of basic care needs to residents living within our care home.
  • Have your own transport as public transport is minimal.

Benefits & Contract Options
  • Contract options of 30/36 hours per week, with the possibility of 4-day work weeks to support work–life balance.
  • Excellent training opportunities, competitive pay rates and reliability-related incentives.
  • Basic Hourly Day Rate: £13.00 (£13.50 on probationary completion).
  • Basic Hourly Night Rate: £13.50 (£14.00 on probationary completion).
  • 100% Attendance Allowance: £0.50 per hour (Conditions Apply).
  • Additional shift rate: £19.00 per hour.
  • Anniversary Bonus of £500 (Conditions Apply).
  • Staff Of The Year Award, Refer-A-Friend Bonus (Conditions Apply).
