No travel required – support residents in one central, modern location. Join a dedicated, friendly on‑site care team and help older adults live independently and actively.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.
  • Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines.
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement.
  • Supporting with individual care packages.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
  • Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus but not essential.
  • Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
  • Living within commuting distance of the development.

Salary and Benefits
  • £13.26 – £14.56 per hour (depending on shifts).
  • Fully paid training – get qualified with funded Level 2 or 3 in Adult Care.
