Overview

Now, we’re inviting skilled professionals to join our Cath Lab team and electrophysiology department.

Work at the forefront of cardiac diagnostics where you’ll handle a full spectrum of advanced electrophysiology procedures, conduction system pacing and complex devices. You’ll be based at our top‑tier Hammersmith Hospital, equipped with state‑of‑the‑art cath labs, and we offer an extra 15% of your basic salary as part of our recruitment and retention premium, subject to terms and conditions, plus a generous relocation package.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the provision of the EP/CRM service, providing services to both outpatients and inpatients.
  • Oversee the EP/CRM physiologist/clinical scientist establishment and train junior members of staff and other healthcare professionals visiting the department.
  • Participate in research projects in collaboration with cardiology consultants within the department.
  • Perform non‑routine tests when necessary.
  • Implement clinical governance, complaints, and risk management processes and monitor compliance with clinical governance standards, Trust‑wide policies and best practice requirements.
  • Act as the focal point for communication for the service and ensure effective communication to all stakeholders, ensuring views and decisions are communicated both up and down the management structure.
