Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£23,000 pa + uncapped commission and OTE

Hybrid, PO15 5TT

This is an excellent opportunity to become an expert at finding top talent for positions in manufacturing and manufacturing tech.

Duties in a nutshell:

  1. You obtain full booking details and person specifications from clients;
  2. You identify and source qualified candidates through a variety of channels;
  3. You'll help our team of experienced recruiters by screening and interviewing candidates, presenting job opportunities to them, and ultimately placing them in the perfect position;
  4. Liaising with Payroll to handle worker queries promptly;
  5. Expanding current accounts by attending client meetings and up-selling Carbon60 services.

Our roles are hybrid, so ideally you are a driver with access to your own vehicle as public transport in the area is not the greatest.
