ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Walton on Thames
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.45 – 6.00 (with a fixed day off), Saturday 9.00 – 5.00. 1 in 3 Sundays 10.00 – 4.00
SALARY: 24k basic, 60k ote, plus car, plus benefits

Flame Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and driven Experienced Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This role is integral to our dealership’s success, offering an opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As an Experienced Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their car-buying journey, from initial enquiry to final handover, ensuring they receive expert advice and a seamless service. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, whether you come from a retail background or have experience in the automotive industry.

Duties
  • Sell maximum number of vehicles possible
  • Provide a warm and personalised experience to all customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Follow the established sales process, ensuring compliance with company values and industry regulations.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities through follow-up with existing customers and prospecting new leads.
  • Sales Administration: Accurately complete all sales paperwork and ensure timely communication of the next steps to the customer, including finance options, part-exchange details, and delivery arrangements.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-up and providing ongoing support post-purchase.
  • Accurately appraise vehicles for part-exchange, collaborating with the sales management team to obtain valuations.
  • Ensure all sales are conducted in accordance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements / Qualities
  • Motivated experienced Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to build rapport, with a competitive edge and a keen eye for detail. A full UK driving license is essential, as you will need to drive and demonstrate a range of vehicles.
  • Strong face-to-face and telephone communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers of all backgrounds.
  • Sales Driven: Ambitious and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
