About the role

Join Salford City College Group at an exciting time of development and transformation. We're investing in our estate and our Estates and Capital Team, and are seeking a passionate and motivated Capital Projects Manager to lead the delivery of the College's capital programme.

As a Capital Projects Manager you will oversee all construction and estates‑related projects. This pivotal role will manage a diverse portfolio, from large‑scale capital developments to smaller improvement projects, by ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, senior management, and external consultants to deliver high‑quality outcomes that support the College's strategic ambitions. The role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while driving progress and innovation.

Working with the Head of Estates and Capital, you will also contribute to the coordination of the wider capital programme, the preparation of the rolling five‑year plan, and the ongoing development of the College's estates and capital strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to play a key role in shaping the future of the College's built environment and infrastructure, ensuring it continues to provide an inspiring, safe, and sustainable setting for students and staff alike.
