Job Description

As Capacity Planning Specialist, you report to the Network & Engineering Director. Your responsibilities include:

• Monitor and optimize resource usage across all domains: RF, infrastructure, IT, energy, network, and facilities.
• Analyze capacity trends and usage patterns to identify inconsistencies and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, operations, and planning teams to align optimization actions with business objectives.
• Propose and lead strategic initiatives to enhance performance, resilience, and operational capacity.
• Implement best practices in continuous improvement.
• Produce reports on capacity usage, performance, and potential savings.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in roles related to capacity planning, resource optimization, or operational efficiency.
• Excellent data analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, BI or statistical tools).
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
