A leading insurance provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Capability Analyst for a 12-month contract. You'll bridge the gap between the business and Capability Development by providing insights through data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities include creating reports using Power BI, supporting strategic goals, and analyzing performance indicators. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, as well as expertise in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. This role allows for flexible working arrangements.
Join our dynamic team as a Capability Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract, where you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business and Capability Development team. Your expertise in People data analysis will provide timely and detailed insights, empowering our stakeholders to make informed, development-related business decisions in an ever-changing landscape.
As a Capability Analyst you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging and effective reports as well as dashboards, that drive strategic decision making and improve People capabilities within the Commercial COO and Claims functions. You’ll be the main point of contact to the COO Capability team, providing data and insights support through data you have collected, analysed and interpreted to help improve development activities.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre‑employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
