A prominent healthcare provider in Tees Valley is looking for a candidate to join their performance team aligned to Urology specialty. You will support clinicians and patients through the patient journey, ensuring access to cancer services. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and acting as a patient advocate. Training in leadership and improvement is essential for this role.
Exciting opportunity to join the performance team on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2026. This particular post will be aligned to Urology specialty.
The post has been recently created to support the trust in providing an effective, caring and compassionate service to patients to optimise their access to cancer services.
It is expected that this role will work to support the clinician and patients through the patients journey, supporting a streamlined diagnostic and treatment if required.
