A leading aerospace and defense company in Lincoln is seeking a Campaign & Marketing Manager to join their EW Payloads team. This role includes managing sales campaigns within NATO, engaging with a variety of stakeholders, and leading marketing initiatives for BriteStorm products. The Electronics UK Business Unit designs, develops and produces a wide range of products and solutions for air, land and maritime platforms that include integrated mission systems, radars and sensors, electronic warfare systems, on‑board avionics and communications, air launched effects and a range of support solutions.
The role will be responsible for BriteStorm sales campaigns within NATO and to lead all marketing management for the capability. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of both the UK and international defence and aerospace market. They should understand the critical importance of EW in coalition operations. The role will include considerable external level engagement with platform operators, commercial partners, mission data integrators and end users. The candidate must therefore have excellent communication skills and be credible when engaging with customers to help shape and influence the requirements. The role will require leadership qualities when dealing with internal stakeholders and supporting Integrated Campaign teams.

This role is subject to pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
