What you'll be doing:

• Lead and coordinate strategic communications that help customers understand the value of water and support sustainable water use across the region.
• Develop and deliver integrated campaigns, particularly those focused on water efficiency, resource resilience, behaviour change and community engagement.
• Champion brand consistency and ensure all messaging aligns with our environmental priorities and long-term resource management goals.
• Build strong relationships with operational water teams, behavioural science specialists, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, insight-driven campaigns.
• Apply data and insight from customer research to water-usage analytics to optimise campaign performance and identify opportunities to drive measurable water‑saving outcomes.

What does it take to be successful?

• A degree (or equivalent experience) and significant experience in marketing and campaign management.
• A background in the water industry, water resource management, or sustainability, particularly delivering water efficiency or customer behaviour‑change campaigns.
• Experience working strategically within complex, matrix organisations.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create compelling, audience‑driven content across multiple formats.
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience using insight, data and performance analytics to track campaign impact and drive continuous improvement, ideally with an understanding of water consumption metrics or resource‑use behaviours.
