A global non-profit organization is seeking a strategic marketer to lead multi-channel integrated campaigns. In this role, you'll ensure campaigns target specific audiences and are executed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing cross-organizational project teams and providing marketing advice. The position requires experience in digital and offline channels, and strong influencing skills. This is a full-time role based in London, offering a salary between £39,525 and £49,407, along with generous benefits.

The Marketing team is responsible for building and stewarding CDPs brand developing and delivering campaigns that generate leads and drive audience action to meet organizational objectives and maintaining high performance engagement across digital channels.
You will be a key member of a new team at CDP responsible for supporting the development and execution of multi‑channel campaigns. These will be key strategic campaigns designed to drive action and behaviour change amongst our audiences.
Actively contribute to an effective and engaged team clear on its purpose and contribution by ensuring you know what is expected of you through regular 1:1s, having clear objectives in place and participating in open and honest performance and development conversations.
Ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace where team members communicate openly, share knowledge so it can be used and respect difference.

The salary banding for this role is 39525 - 49407 / year 30 days holiday plus bank holidays generous non‑contributory pension provision Employee Assistance Programme life assurance training and development flexible working opportunities and other benefits.
Final offer amount depends on multiple factors such as candidates experience and expertise geographic location total compensation and market data.
This is a permanent mid to senior level role based at CDPs London office. Interested applicants must be eligible to work legally in the UK and live within a commutable distance of the London office and be comfortable with 2 days in the office per cannot sponsor this role.
