Our client, a well-established multi-channel marketing agency are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to work on site with their client, one of the top UK retail brands

The role

Working alongside your client in this fast-paced environment you will be required to run campaigns from the initial brief to completion. Managing workflow through various processes and departments as well as:

• Using Microsoft applications and CRM systems
• Dealing with various 3rdparties including production, print and art working team
• Liaising with various departments on your client’s site in order to ensure work is completed with timescales
• Relationship building and providing excellent customer service
• Excellent attention to detail including writing copy
• Working to tight deadlines on multiple projects

Although experience is not necessary for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as the following

• Excellent customer service skills and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems and the ability to follow processes
• A desire to work and establisha careerin marketing would be advantageous

Administration, Customer service and retail background will all be considered for this role as well as graduates wanting to start their career
