Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and organised graduate or junior professional to join our Campaigns team.

Over the past 11 years, Salesforce Ben has grown into a media powerhouse in the Salesforce ecosystem, engaging millions of Salesforce professionals every month with fresh content, industry insights, and events. We're a bootstrapped company with nearly 35 employees based around Europe, with an office based in Shoreditch, London. As we have no investors, we focus on sustainable, long-lasting growth and company fundamentals, ensuring the well-being and professional growth of our employees.

As a Campaign Assistant, you will be working with some of the most innovative companies in the technology world - our sponsors. You will be responsible for supporting the Campaigns team, who works to amplify our sponsors\' marketing strategy through our wide variety of services - including webinars, sponsored content, advertisements, influencer campaigns, and more.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Responsibilities
  • Assist with webinar planning and project management, working with our Technical team to ensure webinar content meets guidelines, and liaising with sponsors to ensure smooth progress
  • Work with our Content and Marketing teams to promote webinars and increase registrations
  • Support with live webinar duties such as backstage production and tech setup
  • Oversee content, advert and influencer campaign status, helping prevent potential delays - including creating and updating campaign documentation
  • Ensure sponsored posts and adverts are successfully and accurately uploaded to the relevant platforms.
  • Gather data from a variety of platforms for sponsor campaign performance reporting
  • Support with influencer and external contributor liaisons and contracting
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in a marketing-related field
  • A strong worth ethic and sense of accountability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to juggle different projects, managing timelines, working with multiple people, ensuring deadlines are met, and keeping stakeholders updated on progress
  • Close attention to detail
  • Experience working in Excel or Google Sheets
  • An interest in analysing marketing activity performance and results
  • An interest in the technology industry, particularly the software space
Beneficial

  • Experience overseeing the creation of written editorial or marketing content, and / or overseeing advert campaigns
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles
