• Undertake risk assessments and develop management plans in line with policy.

Ability to carry out therapeutic mental health interventions

Good written and verbal communication skills

Skilled at engaging and building relationships with children

Education

Degree level qualification in child and family related field

Qualified in core profession such as Mental Health Nurse
