Job summary

A global HR consultancy seeks an HR Generalist to join their growing team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will manage HR policies, support recruitment, ensure compliance with laws, and maintain employee records for about 30 staff members.   • Assist in the design and delivery of training and development programmes.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration efficiently.
  • Support organisational change initiatives within the department.
  • Assist with global HR projects.
