Job summary

A leading infrastructure services provider is seeking a CAFM System and Wellbeing Administrator for their Sedgehill School team in London. This onsite role involves managing Help Desk operations, overseeing PPM scheduling, producing reports, and supporting system administration. Candidates should have experience with CAFM systems, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role operates 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with CAFM systems, preferably Concept Evolution.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and prioritising Help Desk tickets and coordinating resolutions.
  • Overseeing PPM scheduling, tracking and compliance within Concept Evolution.
  • Producing accurate monthly reports and performance insights.
  • Processing extensions and mitigations and maintaining compliant task records.
  • Supporting Paymec administration and resolving related queries.
