• Background in hospitality, with Team/Shift Leader experience.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Health & Safety and Food Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational and safety standards.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
• Provide excellent customer experiences.
• Open and close the café in absence of the Manager.
• Recognize and celebrate the team for excellent service.
• Learn the menu and assist the team.
• Boost sales by proper staff placement.
• Deliver Health & Safety and Food Safety training.
• Support the Cafe Manager with coaching.
• Seek ways to improve customer service.
• Promote an inclusive environment.
