Qualifications

  • Ideally from a contract catering or retail background.
  • Flexible and possess great communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene.

  • Maximise sales in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Manage a team providing daily service to 150-200 people onsite.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to maximise sales at the relevant site.
  • Managing team of 2, chef and barista/general assistant to provide daily service to 150-200 people onsite, including lunch service, light breakfast everyday, supporting the small café and small hospitality services.
  • Customer service focused working alongside the front of house teams with a focus on responding promptly to customer and client feedback and making amendments to the operation where required.
  • Set clear expectations to all staff regarding merchandising and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards.
  • Responsible for Vacherin standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Qualifications
  • Have ideally come from contract Catering or Retail background.
  • Be flexible and have great communication skills.
  • Have good knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene.
Working Pattern

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, shifts will vary between 7:00am‑15:00 or 8:00‑16:00 depending on business needs; flexibility is essential. Working with Vacherin has its perks!
