Are you a CAD Technician with a Surveying background looking to join one of the UK’s leading multi‑disciplinary survey companies? Join our hybrid role for great job security and a better work‑life balance.

We are expanding our close‑knit CAD team to meet a growing workload across construction, planning and surveying. The day‑to‑day responsibilities include producing precise 2D and 3D drawings from scratch using AutoDesk or AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and clarity. You will collaborate with other professionals to deliver high‑quality visualisations and maintain thorough documentation for project support.

This role suits a CAD Technician who values stable, predictable workload, enjoys focused desk‑based work, and wants the flexibility of a hybrid routine without constant travel or high‑pressure deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Producing 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD and AutoDesk
• Occasional site visits
• Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00
• Working with a tight‑knit team
