Job summary

A specialist furniture manufacturer in Leeds is seeking a CAD Technician to produce detailed CAD models and drawings for bespoke furniture projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD software and strong attention to detail. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience using CAD software in furniture or joinery design.
• Ability to produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Producing 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for bespoke furniture.
• Working closely with design and production teams.
• Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs.

Skills

Experience using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)

Ability to produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models

Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials

My client is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke furniture. They are looking to take on a CAD Technician to join their team in Leeds.
