Responsibilities:
  1. Liaising with other department functions such as Merchandising, Warehouse, Finance, and Stores.
  2. Managing filing and data with accuracy and clarity.
  3. Generating weekly trade reports.
  4. Communicating daily with suppliers.
  5. Assisting in buying trip preparations.
  6. Ensuring all order information is accurate, formulas are correct, and follow-ups are completed.
  7. Managing buying and processes for over 100 brand concessions across major department stores.
  8. Creating trend reports and presentations for store managers and retail staff.
  9. Monitoring competitors, researching, and presenting new brand proposals, and providing market trend feedback.
  10. Managing orders, purchase confirmations, and maintaining trackers and schedules.
  11. Participating in store visits and providing feedback to the team.
  12. Micro-managing workload and priorities for the Merchandising Admin Team and interns.
  13. Reviewing margins and RRP's, highlighting seasonal changes and growth strategies.
The Person:
  • Degree in Fashion Buying or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Buying Admin role preferred (placement or internship considered).
  • Passionate about gaining experience and developing in Branded Buying.
  • Interest in luxury high fashion brands.
  • Proactive, hardworking, and relationship-oriented.
  • Advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with good workload management skills.
