We are working on behalf of this successful fashion company who are looking for a Buying Assistant, in a new position created due to expansion. This in an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join, roll their sleeves up and assist with the various teams.

Buying Assistant Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers, guests and visitors, helping with front‑of‑house duties
  • Managing the daily post from receiving, sorting and sending mail
  • Keeping communal areas tidy and well‑stocked
  • Assisting teams with admin tasks like printing, filing and organising samples
  • Helping prep for meetings – setting up rooms, offering refreshments etc
  • Managing office stock suppliers and order when necessary
  • Assisting with basic sample handling and returns
  • Running errands as required such as fabric pick‑ups, coffee runs, returns, etc
  • Helping coordinate staff events
  • Providing general ad‑hoc support across design, sales, technical etc
