About the Role

PwC is looking for a candidate to join as a Buyer engagement programme Manager in the Brand Experiences team.

The Brand Experiences team is responsible for the development and execution of UK flagship events and conferences buyer engagement programmes and corporate responsibility. All designed to both create memorable brand experiences and deepen relationships with our clients.

The specific focus for this role is buyer engagement programmes. We create tailored and curated in‑person immersive and digital experiences tailored to our clients' leadership role seniority and the issues they are trying to solve for – from our award‑winning finance leader programme CFO Quest to programmes designed for NEDs, tech leaders and senior C‑suite executives. This individual would be responsible for the successful execution across these engagement programmes, with the aim of using the programmes as a vehicle to build reputation and client relationships within our priority client accounts and ultimately contribute to revenue opportunity.

The successful candidate will need to support the Senior Managers programme Lead to develop the programme strategy and execute with excellence, precision and quality and drawing on adjacent skills and teams where relevant. The programmes are multi‑channel in nature and pivot between in person and digital experiences.

What your days will look like
  • Support and deliver buyer engagement programmes aligned to the UK go‑to‑market plan including offsite event logistics and stakeholder communication.
  • Own the detail, manage project plans, budgets, timelines and actions to ensure smooth execution and clear expectations.
  • Drive innovation and best practice in buyer engagement marketing staying ahead of trends, applying brand knowledge and ensuring memorable client experiences.
  • Champion effectiveness and collaboration by leveraging data and technology, sharing insights internally and identifying opportunities to connect across the firm.
This role is for you if
  • You have a demonstratable background in programme management and must be able to drive action and manage expectations.
  • Deep understanding of relationship marketing and background in events.
  • You are familiar with customer journey mapping to design, develop and adapt marketing activities or programmes.
  • Reporting and commercial evaluation, including understanding data, feedback and forming insight.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Notable background at managing and inspiring others.
  • Ability to create impact and speak credibly with senior stakeholders and operate and manage stakeholders at all levels effectively within a complex matrix environment both in the UK and globally.
