About the Team

Buyer Team delivers the High Value Visitor (HVV) strategy by attracting top‑quality visitors to RX’s global portfolio of events and managing end‑to‑end Hosted Buyer programmes. The team ensures buyers have a productive, seamless experience that drives satisfaction and advocacy.

About the Role

As part of the Buyer Team, you will lead the development and execution of hosted buyer strategies, manage premium buyer accounts, and drive commercial value across RX’s global Travel event portfolio. You will build and maintain strong relationships with high‑value buyers, enhance their event journeys, and ensure alignment with exhibitor engagement objectives.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

Develop and implement visitor recruitment strategies aligned with event goals and segmentation.

Manage high‑value individual and group buyer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and strong event ROI.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to optimise matchmaking and improve CRM‑driven customer experience.
