Role Overview

We're seeking a Material Buyer who will play a crucial role in maintaining there hallmark quality while optimising cost and logistics.

What You'll Do:

• Source, negotiate, and procure materials required for prime residential projects
• Develop and sustain strong supplier relationships, ensuring reliability, quality, and value
• Coordinate with the pre-construction, commercial, site, and procurement teams
• Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules, and manage documentation (orders, invoices, contracts)
• Track market trends, conduct spend analysis, and pursue cost optimisation initiatives
• Uphold company values of craftsmanship, accountability, and collaboration in every transaction

What We're Looking For

• Several years of purchasing or procurement experience, ideally within construction, high-end residential, or allied sectors
• Solid negotiation skills and supplier-management expertise
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication capabilities
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement software (advantageous)
