Responsibilities
  • Prepare scopes of works, programmes, and method statements
  • Price and quote small works, variations and additional works
  • Procure and manage subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
  • Conduct site inspections, snagging and quality assurance checks
  • Manage project documentation, reporting and cost control
  • Support continuous improvement and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of fabric small works projects (typically reactive and planned works) including roofing, carpentry, flooring, internal finishes, and minor building works
