The Role

Working as part of the dedicated out‑of‑hours team, you will provide expert support to corporate travellers who require urgent assistance. Your duties will include:

• Managing emergency and last‑minute travel requests
• Booking and re‑booking air, rail, sea and hotel arrangements
• Using Sabre GDS confidently to issue, amend and ticket reservations
• Providing proactive solutions during disruptions or travel changes
• Delivering a calm, professional and customer‑focused service at all times

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• Recent and hands‑on experience with Sabre GDS (essential)
• Background in Travel Management / TMC or similar environment
• Strong knowledge across air, rail, sea and hotel reservations
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays
