  • Ensure corrective actions are taken for non-conformities.

Overview

Job Role: Business Systems & Project Manager

Location: Daventry

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Metalis are currently working with a well established manufacturer in Daventry, who are looking for a Business Systems & Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop the business management systems
  • Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met
  • Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies and customers
  • Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
  • Assist with setting department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance
  • First point of contact for supplier and customer-driven systems
  • Undertake regular system, product/process, and effectiveness testing audits across all business management systems
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on relevant business management systems
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company
  • Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non-conformities found
