Business Systems Analyst - MS Dynamics 365
Location: UK-based only (hybrid or on-site)
Eligibility: UK work authorisation required (no sponsorship available)

We're hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to support and enhance ERP operations for a leading food manufacturing business. You'll play a key role in optimisation across key business units.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading Dynamics 365 configuration across business functions
  • Improving integrations with third-party systems
  • Translating business needs into system changes and enhancements
  • Supporting food industry-specific features like lot tracking and shelf-life control
  • Customising dashboards and reports for production and compliance KPIs
  • Delivering user training, documentation, and support
  • Handling day-to-day ERP support including finance operations, AP/AR, and reporting
What you'll bring:
  • Solid hands-on experience with Business Central or NAV
  • Strong knowledge of food production workflows, inventory, and compliance
  • Good understanding of finance processes and ERP configuration
  • Experience with traceability, batch/lot control, and shelf-life tracking
  • Confident customising Business Central and using Microsoft tools like Excel and Power BI
  • Great communication skills-comfortable working across finance, ops, and IT
Nice to have:
  • Experience with EDI, warehouse scanners, or shop floor data capture
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or Business Central extensions
  • ERP implementation/upgrade experience
  • Microsoft certification in Business Central
