Staffordshire Family Hubs are recruiting 3 Business Support Officers to join our existing dedicated and experienced team.
As a Business Support Officer you will support our Family Hubs by providing administrative support to either our Holiday Activities and Food Programme or The Best Start in Life Programme. You will be based in a Family Hub with hybrid working.
proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel with the ability to produce data reports and have exceptional organisation skills.
able to work within clear timeframes as the services respond to time sensitive processes.
friendly and be able to communicate effectively in writing and in person with colleagues, partners and families. A 'can do' and friendly attitude is a must.
You will also be required to use our internal IT system to manage processes and achieve outcomes. Training will be provided.
