Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to assist with the rollout of new waste and recycling initiatives in central Bath. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact environmental project while gaining experience in both administrative and field-based work.

You'll join the Waste Strategy Team to support project delivery, combining desk-based tasks with on-the-ground survey work across the city.

Role Details
  • Location: Keynsham Recycling Hub & Central Bath
  • Contract: Initially 3 months, with likelihood of extension
  • Hours: 37 per week, Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00
  • Rate: £14.59 PAYE / £18.90 Umbrella
  • Start date: 5 October
