We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Business Support Manager to support the smooth running of the business. This is a hands‑on role covering client procurement processes, financial administration (including invoicing), technology and systems management, people operations, commercial operations governance, and logistics for internal and client events.
The ideal candidate is structured, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities with clarity and professionalism. They take pride in strong process discipline, reliable execution, and operational efficiency.
This role is a hybrid position, with the requirement to be in the Insight222 London office at least once a week.
