Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with a highly esteemed organisation who is seeking a Business Support Executive to join their small, dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in the smooth running of the office, providing high-level administrative and executive support while also contributing to wider projects that make a positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient running of office operations, systems and procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Provide diary management and executive support to the Chief Executive, including meeting preparation, note-taking and follow-up actions.
- Manage financial administration including debtor tracking, credit control and reporting.
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, ensuring timely preparation of agendas, papers and minutes.
- Maintain HR and governance records, supporting compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Support the planning and delivery of projects, campaigns and events, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders as needed.
- Oversee the accuracy of CRM and data systems to support reporting and communications.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, newsletters and distribution of updates.
Experience required
- Our client is looking for a confident and detail-focused professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A degree (or equivalent qualification) in business, administration, finance or a related area.
- Previous experience in office management, administration or business support.
- Experience supporting senior leadership with executive-level administration.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential).
- Experience in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of governance and GDPR compliance.
- Proactive and independent working style with high attention to detail.
