  • Coordinate HR administration and procedures within the company, ensuring consistency, compliance, and professionalism across all staff processes.
  • Chair disciplinary or investigatory hearings and act as appeal chair where appropriate.
  • Oversee document control, office systems, and policy compliance across all departments.
  • Ensure company equipment, tools, and plant are correctly certified and calibrated, maintaining full records of inspections and expiry dates.

  • Liaise and coordinate closely with the Operations, Financial, and IT Managers to ensure consistent processes, reporting standards, and compliance alignment across all business functions.
  • Create, review and approve all RAMS, quotations, and project reports to ensure compliance, accuracy, and presentation meet ISO and contractual standards prior to issue.
  • Maintain consistent documentation and reporting practices across all projects, providing QC oversight on technical submissions and customer deliverables.
  • Supervise the Admin Manager and promote continuous improvement across all support functions.

  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable leading meetings, disciplinaries, and audits with authority and fairness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and structured document‑control platforms.
  • Familiarity with international compliance processes (A1s, visas, posted‑worker) desirable.
