A local government authority in Hastings is seeking a Business Support Assistant - Finance. This office-based role supports social work teams by managing finance and procurement tasks, including processing invoices and handling petty cash. Are you ready to make a real positive impact on another persons life If you do the we are seeking a Business Support Assistant - Finance to join our busy Locality Children Services Business Support Team.
This role will support the busy social work teams with all aspects of finance and procurement for the East of the County such as Processing Invoices Handling and Issuing petty cash and Travel Warrants and completing reconciliations. you will also support with online purchases via company Credit Card and have daily use of the Oracle Financial System.
Please note this role is office based only to enable support of the workers.
