Anderson Knight are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in Glasgow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across various departments including operations, production, and supply chain
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Support the coordination of daily business activities and internal communication
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and diary management for senior staff
  • Help with stock control, order processing, and supplier communications
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and industry standards
  • Support general office duties and process improvements as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a business support, office administration, or similar role (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
