Overview

Job Title: Business Teacher

Location: York

Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed Term (Guaranteed Pay)

Pay: £130 to £251.71 per day

A Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) that I am exclusively work within the York, are looking for an enthusiastic Business Studies teacher. The role starts in October 2025 and will run until the Christmas break in the first instance.

It is essential you have experience teaching Business Studies to KS3 and KS4 students. You will need to be organised, innovative and draw on the students interests to ensure progress is made.

The trust / school will provide you with SOW, resources and will provide you with opportunities to access the CPD programme. The successful teacher will work with a team of specialists and will inspire all students to make progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage coursework preparation, building up to their end of year qualification
• Ensure that all students work their hardest to achieve the highest results

Qualifications
