A national healthcare organization is seeking a Business Continuity and Incident Management lead. This role focuses on embedding a business continuity framework, managing incident investigations, and providing strategic insights to inform risk and assurance. The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills, a degree or relevant qualification, and experience in business continuity frameworks. The position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth in a collaborative work environment while supporting a healthy work-life balance.
This is a key strategic role within the Corporate Affairs (Corporate Governance) directorate, acting as the central point of contact for business continuity and incident management. We have strong foundations in place; your focus will be on influencing and building professional relationships to embed great practice rather than redesigning processes. You will join the dots across teams to deliver a holistic view that connects incidents, corporate risks and business resilience, and you will contribute to high‑quality reporting for the Audit & Risk Committee and the Senior Management Team.
When joining the NHS family, there are a wealth of savings, discounts and support you will be able to access.
