Job description

Drive Margin Optimisation as a Business Optimisation Partner at TD SYNNEX!

Are you passionate about driving commercial success through data‑led decision making? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, analytics and stakeholder engagement? We’re looking for a commercially astute Business Optimisation Partner to promote margin optimisation through conscious decision making, foster senior stakeholder relationships and align priorities with both short‑ and long‑term goals.

You’ll be the expert assessing new projects, scoping end‑to‑end delivery and ensuring successful implementation from strategy through change management.

We’re not here to sell you a job. We’re here to invite you into a culture that values curiosity, celebrates diverse perspectives and believes that great leadership starts with listening.

If you’re passionate about collaboration, building strong relationships and delivering results with accountability and clear communication this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Here’s a list of some of our perks but what really sets us apart is the way we work together. We’re big on trust, transparency and making space for moments that matter.

  • Hybrid working.
  • Private healthcare, matched pension and enhanced parental & family leave.
  • Moments that matter paid time off (yes, even for your pet’s birthday).
  • Four Business Resource Groups supporting inclusion and belonging.
  • Clear progression paths and benchmarked salaries.
  • Sustainability – we’ve reduced energy consumption in our UK offices by 19.2% year‑on‑year. It’s not just a goal, it’s a commitment.
  • A culture that values every voice and celebrates diverse perspectives.
Values that Drive Us

  • Dare to Go
  • Do the Right Thing

These values guide our actions and build stronger teams, deeper relationships and a future full of possibility.

We’re proud to be a Disability Confident employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, just ask.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Strategic Partnering – collaborate with Sales and BU leaders to identify and act on opportunities that drive gross profit improvement in both units and % terms.
  • Pricing Team Transformation – this role will have a strong influence over the Pricing Team transformation. You’ll support and help shape the development of the team you are part of, creating an innovative and high‑performing function.
  • Pricing Team Player – collaborate within the team to achieve shared goals while being hands‑on and delivering business‑as‑usual tasks daily. This is more than just a numbers role; it’s a chance to shape the future of how we do business by embedding smarter, data‑driven thinking into our pricing strategy.
What You’ll Bring

We’re not looking for perfection – we’re looking for passion, purpose and a track record of making things happen:

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Professional qualification in Finance, Analytics or Change Management desirable but not essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, innovate and be assertive.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels of management.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to promote ideas persuasively and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with resilience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
  • Advanced proficiency with relevant computer systems and technology.

If you’re excited by the idea of driving profitability, influencing strategic initiatives and contributing to a team that grows through trust and collaboration, apply now and let’s do great things together.
