Founded by former senior executives, funded by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel), and trusted by multiple Fortune 500 customers, we are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in preparing and maintaining the high-quality datasets that power our platform. You will work hands‑on with external data sources, ensure clean and accurate data ingestion into Palantir Foundry, and support deduplication and matching processes for client datasets.

This role is ideal for someone who is excited to deepen their experience in data operations, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and wants to contribute meaningfully to STRATOS’ operational excellence.

Tasks

Data Exchange & Ingestion

  • Manage, clean, and prepare external datasets received from customer systems and third‑party databases.
  • Ingest curated datasets into Palantir Foundry, ensuring alignment with internal data models and quality requirements.
  • Monitor ingestion errors and collaborate with internal teams to proactively resolve data issues.

Deduplication & Data Quality Management

  • Perform manual deduplication of client records by matching external data against CRM and internal datasets.
  • Identify duplicates, conflicts, and anomalies with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain quality standards to ensure the integrity and reliability of our clients’ operational data.

General Data Operations Support

  • Execute ad‑hoc data tasks, including mapping, formatting, validation, and data hygiene work.
  • Support ongoing improvement of internal data processes by documenting workflows and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure that data workflows run smoothly.
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to catch inconsistencies in large datasets.
  • A structured, analytical, and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Prior experience working with data platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Experience in data operations, data entry, or business operations roles.
