What you’ll be doing :
  • Managing the full lifecycle of contracts across insurance markets
  • Managing and growing a team of established recruiters
  • Building long‑term relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting contract negotiations, extensions, renewals, and amendments
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and overseeing contract performance
  • Helping shape the continued growth of our Contract division
  • Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts, and news in the insurance market
  • Attending in‑person meetings with clients and contractors
  • Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing a contract team
  • Experience within the insurance or professional services sector (preferred)
  • Confident communicator who builds strong, long‑lasting relationships
  • Excellent organisational, commercial, and negotiation skills
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a close‑knit, high‑performing group
