Overview

Business Manager & Executive Assistant – Guernsey. This role supports the Head of Private Banking Channel Islands & Isle of Man (CIIOM) and the Private Banking CIIOM Desk Heads, working closely with front‑office staff and senior stakeholders to deliver key strategic objectives and manage day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Private Banking Channel Islands & Isle of Man and Desk Heads.
• Support front‑office staff in daily tasks and prioritisation.
• Identify bottlenecks and issues and drive resolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor, assisting the Supervisory and COO Team with oversight and governance matters.
• Enable the front office to execute the global GPB strategy effectively and in a risk‑regulated, compliant manner.
• Take primary responsibility for non‑client related areas, making decisions and engaging colleagues or relationship managers as necessary.
