Key Responsibilities
  • Managing suppliers, stock ordering and project documentation
  • Coordinating customer site visits and installation schedules
  • Handling incoming customer queries and support requests
  • Overseeing office Health & Safety compliance
  • Managing invoicing, payments and credit control
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and supporting internal communication
  • Assisting with HR duties including onboarding and staff documentation
  • Organising company events, travel and logistics
  • Managing SLAs, renewals and general project coordination
