About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our dealership team. As a key member of the sales management team you will be responsible for maximising finance and insurance (F&I) penetration ensuring compliance and supporting the sales team in closing deals and delivering a first-class customer experience.

This is an ideal role for a results-driven individual with a strong background in automotive finance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Drive F&I product sales (finance warranties insurance etc.) to achieve departmental targets
  • Support the sales team in structuring and closing vehicle deals
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high CSI scores
  • Accurately complete and audit all relevant documentation
  • Assist in training and mentoring the sales team on F&I processes and customer presentation
  • Report financial performance and conversion metrics to senior management
What Were Looking For :
  • Previous experience as a Business Manager Transaction Manager or Sales Controller in the motor trade
  • Proven track record in F&I performance and compliance
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Strong understanding of FCA and SAF requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
  • Full UK driving licence
